The super wine of the winery.
Icon is a Mediterranean blend of the Syrah and Carignan varieties harvested from very mature vines. 
The wine consists of barrels of exceptional quality that are the top of the top of the vintage. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 22 months. It is extremely complex and contains layers upon layers of flavors and aromas that will be revealed throughout the tasting. It is extremely balanced with a long and persistent finish and has a very high aging potential in the bottle under proper storage conditions. 
It is recommended to aerate the wine in a dedicated decanter before pouring for a period of one to two hours for maximum enjoyment of its complexity.
